Business inquiries and introductions
When you contact us through this website, you provide your name, email address, message, and any other details you choose to share, such as your practice name, phone number, or service interests. Career introductions include the background and interests you enter in that form.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the services or opportunities you asked about. Website forms send messages to MBCS by email. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error and provides other ways to contact us.
Keep patient and confidential information out of website forms
This website is for general business communication. It is not a patient portal or a channel for sharing medical records. Please do not include patient names, records, confidential billing information, passwords, or account access details in a website form or ordinary email. Contact our team to arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive information.
Public staff profiles and private event photos
Names, biographies, professional photos, and quotes published on Our People are public website content. Event albums are separate and require a valid gallery sign-in to view photos, thumbnails, or downloads.
Anyone who has access to an event photo can save it or take a screenshot. Please share event access only with the intended guests. Contact MBCS if you have a question about a published profile or want to request removal of an event photo.
Necessary cookies and spam protection
The gallery uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out ends that session. Technical request information is also used to limit repeated sign-in attempts and form submissions.
Forms use an automated spam trap and request limits. This version does not load advertising trackers, analytics services, or third-party CAPTCHA widgets. This notice will be updated if those services are added.
Storage and service providers
This website application does not keep a separate inbox of contact-form submissions. Delivered inquiries are handled in MBCS’s email system according to its business recordkeeping practices. Event albums and photos remain in the gallery until an album manager removes them.
The email and hosting providers used to operate the website may process information needed to deliver messages and provide those services. Please contact MBCS with questions about retention or information you have shared.
